Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our RV chair customization services ("Services") provided by ELEGACY LLC, located at 2980 County Road 6 W, Elkhart, Indiana 46514 ("We" or "ELEGACY"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
1. Ordering and Customization of RV Chairs

To place an order, you will be required to provide detailed information, including the type of chair, vehicle details, quantity, design, fabric, color, style, size, and extras.

We reserve the right to request a 60% deposit of the total order cost to initiate customization. However, an exception can be made for companies, allowing them to establish payment terms such as Net 15 or Net 30.
2. Design and Customization

ELEGACY offers various customization options, including different chair styles, fabric colors, stitching designs, and more. Specific details will be agreed upon during the ordering process.

Some chair models may include additional features such as heating, cooling, massage, and electric adjustment options.
3. Additional Services

We provide additional services, such as CNC cutting for custom patterns and custom logo services. Details of these services will be agreed upon separately.
4. Payments and Deposits

A 60% deposit of the total order cost is required to initiate the customization process. However, for companies, we may allow payment terms, such as Net 15 or Net 30, to be established.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment terms before the delivery of the customized chair.
5. Delivery and Timelines

Our delivery timeline is set at 4 weeks from the order confirmation. Actual timelines may vary based on customization and material availability.
6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to order details must be made before production begins.

Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the order status.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

Custom designs, logos, or other elements provided by the customer must comply with intellectual property laws. We do not assume responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement.
8. Warranties and Returns

Our customized RV chairs are backed by specific warranties provided with the product.

Returns will be accepted according to our return policy, which will be detailed at the time of purchase.
